Xiangyan GUAN
Finance Manager
Xiangyan Guan is Energy Foundation China’s Finance Manager. She first joined the foundation in August 2016 as Finance Administrator. Prior to that, she stayed with Ernst & Young as Senior Associate handling internal accounting. She has rich working experience in both accounting and auditing.
Ms. Guan holds a Master of Engineering Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hebei University. She is a certified medium-level accountant in China’s professional accounting qualification system.
