CSEP Announces New Chief Representative

 

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Wei Yuan stepped into his new post as Managing Director and Chief Representative for the China Sustainable Energy Program (CSEP) in Beijing on March 28, 2011. Prior to joining CSEP, Wei was Vice President, Strategic and Technical Sales of Research in Motion (RIM) in China. Wei previously also served as the China Regional Head of Consulting and System Integration of Nokia-Siemens, Vice President of Market and Customer Operations of Nokia Networks for the China region, and Vice President of Market and Customer Operations of Nokia Networks for the Asia Pacific region. Wei's career began as a central planner for the Ministry of Electronics in Beijing where he participated in the strategic planning and policy research for the Seventh-Five-Year planning for the Chinese electronics industry.

Wei holds an MBA from the Richard Ivy School of Business, University of Western Ontario, Canada; a Post-Graduate Study Diploma, Industrial Management System Engineering, Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology; and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Electronics Science and Technology of China.
