In 2019, Energy Foundation China supported Peking University’s College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering to review HFCs mitigation policies in China and other parts of the world. The report summarizes and compares the current domestic and international policies and regulations on HFCs control. In this way, it helps build the business-as-usual scenario for the policy landscape analysis when China develops a national cooling efficiency strategy.
