Senior Associate, President's Office

As a Senior Associate to the President’s Office, Mr. Zhao Wenbo supports strategy cycle and fundraising, grant and project management, and collaboration and partnership maintenance.

Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in July 2020, he interned for the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development in Geneva, where he supported project management, helped update the conference’s Technical Cooperation Toolbox, and supported fundraising strategy development. He also helped analyze Sino-U.S. relations as an intern at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies of Renmin University in Beijing.

Mr. Zhao holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern University in Shenyang, China.
