Coordinator, President's Office

Dr. Zhang Xiaohan is the Coordinator to the President's Office, providing support on grants and projects management, research and analysis, and executive affairs.

Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in July 2018, Dr. Zhang worked as a research assistant at the University of Hong Kong, supporting a comprehensive assessment of China’s air pollution. She also interned with China Development Bank.

Ms. ZHANG holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Power System, and Automation, and a Bachelor’s degree in English, all from Tsinghua University.
