Jianhua CHEN
Senior Program Officer, Transportation
Dr. Jianhua Chen is a Senior Program Officer of Energy Foundation China’s Transportation Program. He works on electric vehicles and related fields. Before joining the foundation in November of 2017, he was an associate professor in emissions reductions and energy conservation standardization research at China National Institute of Standardization, where he stayed for nine years.
Dr. Chen received his Ph. D. and B.E. degrees in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University.
