Program Officer, Strategic Communications

Sha LIU joined Energy Foundation China in March 2017 as Senior Program Associate and became Program Officer of Strategic Communications in January 2023. Prior to her work at the foundation, Ms. Liu was a communication officer at the National Geographic Society, working on branding, program communications, partner communication capacity building, and partnership management. Before that, she was an English-language journalist at Tencent.com, specialized in American and European film markets, supporting coverage of A-level international film festivals including the Academy Awards and the Cannes International Film Festival. Ms. Liu holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from Chongqing University.
