Program Associate, Low Carbon Cities

Ms. Zhao Shasha is an Associate of Low Carbon Cities, Energy Foundation China，supporting strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China, she served as a Transportation Planner at the China Sustainable Transport Center, where she published multiple academic papers in core journals, received several provincial-level or higher awards, and obtained her Intermediate Engineer Certification. She also worked as a Senior Analyst at the China Society of Automotive Engineers, responsible for research on low-carbon commercial vehicle technologies and project management.

Ms. Zhao holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
