Fangwei Zhao
Program Associate, Industry
Ms. Fangwei Zhao joined The Energy Foundation in 2024 as a Program Associate in the Industry Program. Previously, she worked at the Global Communications Department of the United Nations and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, focusing on strategic planning and research for sustainable development and climate change, drafting and developing the Climate Action Plan, and project assessment for Paris Agreement alignment and climate finance.
Ms. Zhao holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
