Program Associate, Low Carbon Cities

Ms. Lijin Zhu is a Program Associate of Energy Foundation China’s Low Carbon Cities, supporting strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, events organization, and logistics. Prior to joining the foundation in July 2022, she supported the Multilingual Education program and the Early Childhood Care and Education program while interning at the Bangkok office of the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization.

Ms. Zhu holds a Master’s degree in Science of Education from University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor’s degree in Laws from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
