Sheng Cui
Program Officer, Industry
Mr. Sheng Cui serves as a Program Officer at the Industry Program, with a focus on industrial decarbonization, sustainable cooling, and related fields. Prior to joining The Energy Foundation, he worked at the United Nations Development Programme and the World Bank. Mr. Cui holds an MPA in International Development from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in International Political Economy from Peking University.
