China Renewable Energy Law Implementation Review and Evaluation

The 2006 'China Renewable Energy Law Implementation Review and Evaluation' was drafted by the Energy Research Institute (ERI) of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the Beijing Oriental Environmental Research Institute. The report introduces the key supporting systems specified by the Renewable Energy Law (RE Law), summarizes the progress and monitoring mechanims in the RE Law, implementation process, and recommends specific measures to olve the key problems existing in the development of China's renewable energy industry.
