Beiyao Zhang
Program Associate, Low Carbon Economic Growth
Ms. Beiyao Zhang is the program associate of Low Carbon Economic Growth Program, supporting strategy development, grants administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining The Energy Foundation in October 2024, she worked primarily on global cooperation in finance and infrastructure.
Ms. Zhang holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from Durham University in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Beijing-Dublin International College (collaboration between University College Dublin and Beijing University of Technology).
