Huiyong Zhang

Mr. Huiyong Zhang is the Executive Director of International Cooperation at The Energy Foundation. He has nearly 20 years of experience in international cooperation on environment protection. Mr. Zhang earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Shanxi University and a master’s degree in environmental law from Wuhan University. Mr. Zhang holds a legal professional qualification certificate from the People’s Republic of China.
