Program Manager, Strategic Partnerships

Judy Cai, based in New York, is the Program Manager of Energy Foundation China’s Strategic Partnerships team. She manages the systems and operations of the team, and supports related programs and communications across departments.

Previous to this position, Judy had over 10 years’ experience working in the global cultural sector to facilitate exchange programs between the U.S. and China, and in the philanthropy field to empower social programs. She was the Grants Manager at the Pierre and Tana Matisse Foundation, and the Director of Grants at the New York Foundation for the Arts.

Judy holds a M.A. degree in Arts Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a B.S. degree in Cultural Industry Management, and a Bachelor of Law degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is currently pursuing an M.B.A. degree at New York University.
