Program Officer, Low Carbon Economic Growth

Ms. Lan Yu is a Program Officer of Low Carbon Economic Growth Program. While supporting the Program Director on strategy development and fundraising, she implements and manages the program's low carbon transition projects based on economics and market tools.

Prior to joining The Energy Foundation in June 2022, Ms. Yu had been committed to international cooperation in climate change and low carbon energy, and thus accumulated experience in topics including carbon pricing and carbon trading, green finance, climate investment and financing.

Ms. Yu holds a Master's degree in Environmental Technology and Energy Policy from lmperial College London.
