Officer, Strategy and Planning

Ms. Lingyan Chen has worked with The Energy Foundation since 2008 and serves as the Officer in the Strategy and Planning section, supporting the design, execution and management of projects, as well as the internal and external coordination; and assisting with office budget arrangements, related strategic development, and fundraising. She brings over 19 years of experience of working with philanthropy, civil society, think tanks, and international organizations on the analysis and practice of national and local policies in the field of green and low-carbon transformation, market mechanisms, and non-CO2 emission reduction. Prior to this, she gained experience at a commercial bank and a local non-profit organization. Ms. Chen holds a Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University.
