Qi MENG

Researcher, President’s Office

As Researcher of International Climate Affairs at the President’s Office, Qi Meng supports to formulate integrated strategies, conduct research, manage partners and projects, and organize meetings and events. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in February 2023, she was a senior campaigner at the Greenpeace East Asia office’s climate and energy team. Before that, she worked for the China Office of the United Nations Development Program and the Foreign Economic Cooperation Office of China’s then-Ministry of Environmental Protection, both with a focus on the Montreal Protocol.

Ms. Meng holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Science, and Society from University College London, a Master’s degree in International Relations from Communication University of China in Beijing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy from Renmin University.
