Qiying Zhu
Legal Counsel
Ms. Qiying Zhu serves as Legal Counsel at The Energy Foundation, providing comprehensive legal and compliance support for the Foundation's operations and programs. With extensive experience in the investment, financing, and charitable sectors, she holds a J.D. from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Laws from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Ms. Zhu is admitted to the New York State Bar and holds the PRC Bar Qualification.
