Executive Director, Strategy and Synthesis

Ms. Sha Fu is the Executive Director of Strategy and Synthesis of The Energy Foundation, leading strategy development, synthesis research, and organization-wide analytical work. She also advises and supports the CEO on budgeting and spending processes.

Prior to joining the Foundation in April 2019, she has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the energy and climate field, with expertise spanning energy and climate policy research, system modeling and data analysis, as well as green finance.

Ms. Fu received her Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Economics and her Bachelor’s degree in Management from Renmin University of China in Beijing.
