Ms. Xia Yu is a Program Officer of the Industry Program. She manages grants and projects, and supports the Program Director developing strategies and raising funds. She has rich working experience in energy efficiency and market-based energy conservation mechanisms.
Ms. Yu holds a Master’s degree in Environment, Climate Change, and International Development from Manchester University, England.
