Ms. Xiangyan Guan is The Energy Foundation’s Finance Manager. She joined the Foundation in August 2016. Prior to that, she stayed with Ernst & Young and accumulated rich working experience in both accounting and auditing.
Ms. Guan holds a Master of Engineering Management from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications? and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Hebei University.
