Xin Liu
Program Director, Environmental Management
Mr. Xin Liu directs the Environmental Management Program at The Energy Foundation, aiming at accelerating the improvement of air quality, and enhancing the synergy with climate change mitigation. Prior to joining the Foundation in January 2019, Mr. Liu Xin has accumulated 20 years of rich experience in air pollution control in key areas. Liu Xin holds a master's degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and has served as a visiting scholar at the University of California Davis and the University of California Los Angeles.
