Xinyuan Wen
Officer, International Cooperation
Ms. Xinyuan Wen is an officer of International Cooperation, The Energy Foundation. Before her current position, she worked for an international foundation on transport and air quality strategy and grant management, and built climate-energy policy research experience at an NGO and a think tank. Ms. Wen holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Sun Yat-sen University.
