Program Associate, Environmental Management

Ms. Xueying Xiang is a Program Associate of the Environmental Management Program, Energy Foundation China. She supports strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining the foundation in August 2022, she was an intern for six months at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization in Vienna, where she assisted developing countries to comply with international conventions to reduce and phase out controlled substances. Ms. Xiang holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Nanjing University.
