Yuwei Fang
Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Yuwei Fang is the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of The Energy Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, she spent many years with international and China NGOs and at Società Italiana per Condotte d’Acqua on project management and operations in human resources and finance. Earlier she conducted research at China Academy of Railway Sciences. Ms. Fang holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She also completed a Master’s program in Psychology.
