Ms. Zhuo Li is Program Officer of the Clean Power Program. She supports the Program Director in strategy development and is responsible for related project management. She has over 10 years of research and industry experience in the energy sector, having previously worked at low-carbon consulting firms and high-tech companies. Her work has focused on renewable energy development and utilization, as well as green attribute trading. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Thermal Engineering.
