Program Associate, Transportation

Ms. Biwei Gao is a Program Associate of Energy Foundation China's Transportation Program. She supports strategy development, funder relations, grants admission, project management, and logistics. Prior to joining the foundation in August 2022, she interned at Ernst & Young, where she participated as a project team member in the consultation, benchmarking, and composition of corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance reports. She also interned at Impact Hub Shanghai, where she supported corporate innovation and incubation programs in the field of sustainable consumption.

Ms. Gao holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from National University of Singapore, and a Bachelor’s degree in Resource and Environmental Management from Simon Fraser University in Canada.
