Program Coordinator, Transportation

Ms. Rui Zhao is a Program Coordinator of the Transportation Program, supporting strategy development, funder relations, grants administration, event organization, and logistics. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China, she stayed at City Atlas for roughly 10 months, working on a zero-emission plan for New York City. She has also accumulated NGO experience through internships at World Resources Institute and The Nature Conservancy.

Rui holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Peking University.
