Program Officer, Industry Program

Ms. Zixin Lin is the Program Officer of the Industry Program. Prior to joining Energy Foundation China in July 2020, she spent 12 years at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where she developed, managed, and implemented in China its innovative green supply chain and industrial efficiency improvement program called “Clean by Design.” She also worked to reduce the use and emission of heavy metals and toxic chemicals in China.

Ms. Lin holds a master’s degree in Industrial Ecology from Leiden University, The Netherlands, and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.
