The Influence of Land Use Structure on Air Pollutants and Carbon Emissions
In 2020, Energy Foundation China started to support an analysis examining the impact of land use structure on carbon and criteria air pollutant emissions, which was conducted by China Sustainable Transportation Center, Chinese Land Surveying and Planning Institute, and Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning. Their findings were published in this report in May 2021.

Potential and Vision of Distributed Renewable Energy in Yangtze River Delta Region
Since the beginning of 2019, the Energy Research Institute at China’s National Development and Reform Commission and the World Resources Institute have researched on the potential for distributed clean energy in the Yangtze River Delta region in East China and a roadmap for scaling it up, with support from Energy Foundation China. Their findings were presented in this report in March 2021.

A Realization Pathway and Policy Recommendations for China’s 2025 New Energy Vehicles Targets With the Carbon Peaking and Neutrality Goals
In 2021, EV100 Plus, a think tank initiated by a platform of electric vehicle (EV) researchers, automakers, and regulators, released this report examining how China can achieve more ambitious 2025 targets for new energy vehicles—China’s term for EVs—and what the viable enabling policies should be like. Support for this research came from Energy Foundation China.
