Danielle Fuller-Wimbush

Director of Grants Management

Danielle Fuller-Wimbush supports Energy Foundation China as the Director of Grants management, providing both strategic direction and tactical grants management support. She ensures systems and processes are optimized to meet the unique needs of the organization and drive impactful change. Based in the United States, Danielle manages and oversees the grants-related legal compliance in the U.S.

Danielle has spent almost two decades working in the field of international grantmaking. Before joining Energy Foundation, Danielle was Director of Partner Support and Grantmaking at the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (UUSC), where she oversaw all aspects of the grants process including administration, proposals and reporting, compliance, the database, and budget. She has also worked for the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, and was a consultant for The World Bank, Oxfam America, and other NGOs and research firms.

Danielle earned a Ph.D. in Social Policy from Brandeis University, a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and a B.A. in Intercultural Studies.
